At xfam.tech, our mission is to foster a vibrant and safe public conversation. To achieve this, we have established a set of rules and guidelines that promote a respectful and secure environment for everyone. We do not tolerate behaviors that threaten safety, discourage expression, or diminish the value of global public discourse.
Safety Guidelines
Violent Speech: It is strictly prohibited to threaten, incite, glorify, or express desire for violence or harm.
Violent & Hateful Entities: Affiliation with or promotion of violent and hateful entities is not allowed.
Child Sexual Exploitation: We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual exploitation on xfam.tech.
Abuse/Harassment: Sharing abusive content, engaging in targeted harassment, or inciting others to do so is against our guidelines.
Hateful Conduct: Attacks on individuals based on race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease are not tolerated.
Perpetrators of Violent Attacks: We remove accounts associated with individual perpetrators of terrorist, violent extremist, or mass violent attacks, as well as posts disseminating manifestos or other related content.
Suicide: Promotion or encouragement of suicide or self-harm is strictly prohibited.
Sensitive Media: Posting excessively gory, violent, or adult content, especially within live video or profile/header images, is not allowed.
Illegal or Regulated Goods/Services: The platform must not be used for unlawful purposes, including selling, buying, or facilitating transactions involving illegal goods or services and certain types of regulated goods or services.
Privacy Guidelines
Private Information: Sharing other people's private information, such as home phone numbers and addresses, without their express authorization is not permitted. Threatening to expose private information is also prohibited.
Non-Consensual Nudity: Posting or sharing intimate photos or videos of someone without their consent is against our guidelines.
Account Compromise: Unauthorized access or attempts to access private information or account features of any xfam.tech account other than your own is prohibited.
Authenticity Guidelines
Platform Manipulation and Spam: Using our services to artificially amplify or suppress information or engage in disruptive behavior is not allowed.
Civic Integrity: Our services must not be used to manipulate or interfere in elections or civic processes.
Misleading and Deceptive Identities: Impersonating individuals, groups, or organizations to mislead or deceive others is prohibited. Fake identities that disrupt the experience of others on xfam.tech are not allowed.
Synthetic and Manipulated Media: Sharing deceptive synthetic or manipulated media likely to cause harm is against our guidelines.
Copyright and Trademark: Respect the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright and trademark.
Third-party Advertising in Video Content: Posting video content that includes third-party advertising without prior consent is not permitted.
